It wasn't a lot - 4 repeat half miles - but they were intense. I'm glad to report I've kept most of the speed from the fall speed work. I love it when we can connect an intervention (fall speed work) with calculable results (fall 10k PR and retention of fall speed in winter training).
The last half I ran today was a 2:50. I can go faster.
I did the halfs all on the treadmill in the basement. I'm looking forward already to spring and being outside on the track.
