Last of four pair of Nike Structures came out of the closet yesterday and went for a treadmill run with me. Felt great on the feet, just like the others. Leaning towards wearing these at Boston instead of flats.
Hamstring Update:
Still there but I'm getting through my workouts for the most part. Switched yesterday's work out with the one planned for Sunday as a way to spread out the intensity. Ten miles at 6:50 pace on Sunday will tell a lot. My fitness is there but knowing how the hamstring reacts will be the important part.
Didn't get out of bed this morning to workout...looking forward to a run or ride this afternoon.
Boston is in 32 days.
